Michael May, MD was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a medical from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed an internship at Oregon Health & Science University and residency training at Stanford University Hospital in California. Dr. May has been the medical director for Samaritan Mental Health since 1992.
